I am delighted to welcome you to Quest Dental Care. Our practice is whole-heartedly committed to the well-being of all our patients, always taking a “Prevention first” approach. This singular thought of prevention and safe dental care has given shape to our membership plans.

It couldn’t be easier to join our Privilege Plan and our dedicated team will explain the following range of benefits in more detail:

As a member of our Premium and Privilege Plan you will be registered with your dentist’s accident and emergency insurance which covers: 

*These are subject to your practice being able to recover the cost of such treatment under the terms of the insurance policy it has taken for this purpose. A full copy wording of this policy is available and will be provided to you on request. The insurance is arranged through Lloyd & Whyte Ltd. who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

¹implant, orthodontic and referred treatment may be excluded

PRIVILEGE PLAN

We also offer a very affordable child plan. Provided one family member is registered on one of our plans for adults your child will benefit from:

Please note there is an administration fee of £5.00 for the child plan which will be taken at the first monthly payment.

To keep you fully informed of our policies please note the following:

There is a once only administration joining fee which will be taken as part of the first monthly payment 

Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month by our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement 

Your benefits will commence following your first monthly payment and your next routine appointment will be included as one of your plan entitlements 

You will not be asked to sign a contract and you may leave the plan at any time by contacting your bank or building society or directly with Privilege Plan Ltd on 01536 771219 

If your Direct Debit payments fail three times consecutively, we may cancel your membership 

Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan 

Please note this scheme is not a savings plan and entitlements not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded 

Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year 

Should you fail to attend an appointment a fee may be chargeable at your next appointment 

In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan you may be required to pay for your last appointment, and we reserve the right to recover any discounts applied to treatment completed in the previous six-month period 

Your personal details will remain safe and in accordance with Data Protection.
