From experience, we’ve seen that the earlier younger patients are introduced to the dentist, the better. We recommend that parents bring their children to the practice after their first birthday, allowing them to build trust with one of our friendly dentists. Routine appointments should be scheduled every 6 to 12 months, with frequency often determined by your child’s oral health.

Check-up fees for children

We’re not an NHS practice, so children are not seen free of charge. However, as a private dentist in Ipswich, we offer highly competitive fees that include a 10-point oral health check and x-rays. Check-ups for children usually take 30-60 minutes, and we recommend that parents stay with the child.
