Whilst you won’t feel any pain, it is normal to feel a little pressure as the dentist removes the tooth.

Once the tooth is extracted, your dentist will dress your gums to stop bleeding. This should only last a few minutes, and you should be able to return to your daily business shortly after. Your dentist will give you detailed aftercare guidance and may be able to prescribe you painkillers. The dentist may also book a review appointment to ensure you have healed with no complications or inconveniences.
